The 2012 Grand Canyon rafting season is well under way. We are getting reviews from Arizona rafters on their Colorado River trips. Here is one from a rafter who has always wanted to take a whitewater trip. Please read what he has to say about his Arizona River Runners river rafting adventure....
"We were up a slot canyon one day when Walt, Bill and Robbie, plus Tracey on flute, played and sang. We all sang along and it was really great. The hikes up the side canyons were always wonderful, even when I could only go halfway. The guides always found a great shady cool spot for me to rest and made sure i had enough water and snacks. What a treat.
The other guests were a diverse group,but we bonded into a team almost at once and that was very special. Everyone worked, everyone laughed and everyone helped and shared with each other. Now that made a great trip!
Our guides were wonderful, I can't say enough about them. They were always concerned with making sure camps were clean and would clean any trash left by others and we did as they did.
This was a trip I've wanted to do for a very long time and Arizona River Runners made it a trip I will never forget. Thanks to you I have a memory that will last forever. I never realized the Canyon was that beautiful. I signed up for white water rafting but I got so much more. Thank you."
