"I think the highlight of for me was being able to simply sleep under the stars with just a cot and a sleeping bag. This is something that is very difficult to do with the weather and bugs on the east coast so it was really something special for me. The blanket of stars was wonderful to fall asleep to each night!

I thank all the staff at Arizona River Runners for making this trip such a positive experience. Dick Mattson has been really helpful to me as I planned this trip, and made me feel very comfortable that I could reach out to him at any time with questions or concerns. The guides - Brian, Evan and Tim (Tim should be given some recognition because he worked incredibly hard making sure all our meals were prepared on time and getting our gear together) - were really fantastic and enjoyable."
